As we know, containerized NFV infrastructure is becoming thriving with its great prospect in carrier-grade cloud applications.

Arm is a platinum member of OPNFV community who takes high importance for container-based NFV ecosystem and puts resources to improve the ecosystem on the Arm platform. In OPNFV, Arm takes the leader action and/or puts great contributions to a series of OPNFV container related projects, such as Auto, Container4NFV, Compass4NFV.

This presentation gives out containerized NFV-i architecture on Arm, the work of arm on the container based NFV ecosystem which mainly uses Kubernetes as the orchestration engine. The work includes(but not limited to)
1. Data-plane acceleration
2. Advance CNI plugins for networking
3. Installer
4. Carrier oriented VNF use-cases
5. High-performance networking with VPP, both from the control and data plane based on Kubernetes ecosystem.
